Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sales of products (handmade papers, envelopes, invitations, event accessories) made on the online store poussieres-dor.com, operated by Poussières d'or micro-enterprise.

3. Products and prices The products are those offered in the store at the time of the order. Prices are indicated in euros (including all taxes). The seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the prices applied are those in effect at the time of order validation.

4. Order The order is validated after payment confirmation. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided by the buyer. The seller reserves the right to cancel any order in case of stock or payment issues.

5. Payment Payment is made online using the methods offered in the store (credit card, etc.). Payment is secure.

6. Delivery Delivery times and costs are indicated at checkout. The times are given as an indication and are not contractual. In case of delay attributable to the carrier, the seller cannot be held responsible.

7. Right of withdrawal In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons. Personalized or custom-made products are excluded from this right. To exercise this right, the buyer must contact the seller by email.

8. Legal guarantees All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 and following of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code).

9. Liability The seller cannot be held responsible for indirect damages related to the use of the products.

10. Disputes In case of dispute, the buyer may resort to a conventional mediation procedure or any other alternative dispute resolution method. Failing that, the competent courts will be those of the seller's registered office.

11. Applicable law These GTC are subject to French law.
